Consulting.
I help companies get real work out of AI. Not a strategy deck: working systems, in the tools you already use.
The work.
Process improvement. We look at how the work actually flows and fix the cheap things first.
Workflow automation. The repetitive middle of your operation, handled by software that runs without you.
Data structure. Your files, records, and systems organized so both people and machines can find things.
AI integration. Models placed only where judgment lives, inside the tools your team already opens every day.
The record.
The pattern in every engagement: AI adoption dies where the tool doesn't live. So I build inside the tools that are already open.
For Wheel the World, an accessible-travel startup, I built an AI image system that made 100GB of unsearchable assets findable in seconds. It passed 100,000 API uses in its first month. Their marketing team also got AI-driven CRM automation inside HubSpot: response rates doubled, and the team adopted it inside two weeks.
For Larta Institute, a federal research accelerator running programs for NOAA and USDA, I designed a hybrid retrieval architecture for domain-specific documents and delivered the production spec, with cost modeling, that their enterprise AI pilot adopted.
For ShoplyAI, I build content infrastructure: an AI-assisted production pipeline with hard constraints against generic machine writing.
And I run TinyMacro, where the same discipline became a product: one AI employee per company, doing a real job end to end. My consulting and my company feed each other; you get what I've proven on my own operation.
The shape.
- Simple terms
- Hourly, tracked plainly, invoiced monthly. Hard costs passed through at cost. No lock-in, no minimums, no surprise line items.
- Finished work
- Engagements end with something running, plus the documentation to keep it running without me. If a week of work would fix it, I will say so.
